Lead a BREATHE Team through Rehearsals and Events
Rehearsals and events are the fundamentals in all ministries of BREATHE. Each time with a specific theme, BREATHE events usher God's people into His presence and proclaim a powerful message. As a BREATHE Team Leader, you are in the position to lead the team as instruments through which the Holy Spirit works. Therefore it is important that the whole team is united with the same heart, same passion, and same desire for God to be glorified in each event.
Musical/Artistic Leadership and Responsibility
BREATHE Team Leaders are in the position of musical/artistic leadership for their team. This means that you have the freedom and responsibility to select the songs, dances, and storylines for each event, selecting the ones most relative to the theme and most perfect to the event and its participants. Music and the arts is not the centerpiece of the event, but they are the medium for the message of God to enter the hearts of everyone in God's presence.
As the Team Leader, it's also necessary to discover the many talents of others and reveal those talents for God's glory. By lifting each other up, the unity that comes through Christ can be clearly seen in your team.
Coordinating Team Members
BREATHE Team Leaders show care for each member in the team, without missing even one person. This means contacting each member for rehearsal and event updates, and involving everyone as much as possible. All BREATHE Teams act as one body with many parts.
